Return & Refund Policy
At Muna Jewellery LLC, we aim to provide accurate product information and transparent pricing. Due to the nature of precious metals and continuously changing market prices, special conditions apply to bullion purchases.
Gold & Silver Bullion
All confirmed sales of gold bars, silver bars and other investment bullion products are final.
Once an order has been confirmed at the applicable price and the required payment or deposit has been received, bullion products are:
  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable
Gold and silver prices fluctuate continuously. A change in the market price after an order has been confirmed does not provide a right to cancel, return, refund or exchange the bullion product.
Deposits
Certain orders, including cash orders for pickup or delivery, may require a 10% deposit.
Payment arrangements and the applicable bullion price are confirmed directly by Muna Jewellery through our official communication channels.
Once the required deposit has been received and the bullion order and price have been confirmed, the order is considered confirmed. The deposit forms part of the purchase price.
Bank Transfer, Card & Tabby Orders
Bank transfer, credit/debit card and Tabby payment arrangements may be completed through Muna Jewellery's official WhatsApp channel.
The price shown on our website may change with the precious-metals market. Starting a WhatsApp conversation or requesting payment instructions does not by itself reserve a displayed bullion price.
Muna Jewellery will confirm the applicable price and payment terms before the transaction is finalized.
Bullion Buyback
If you later wish to sell bullion to Muna Jewellery, this is not considered a return or refund.
It will be treated as a new and separate buyback transaction based on the applicable buyback price and conditions offered by Muna Jewellery at that time.
Incorrect, Defective or Misdescribed Products
If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, please contact Muna Jewellery promptly so that we can review the matter.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Jewellery
Jewellery is treated separately from investment bullion. Return or exchange eligibility for jewellery may depend on the product, its condition, whether it has been worn or altered, and the circumstances of the purchase.
Customized, engraved, resized or otherwise altered jewellery may not be eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable UAE law.
