Is VAT charged on gold?
Investment gold bars (24K, 999.9) are sold without VAT. Gold coins, necklaces and other jewellery include 5% VAT in the price shown.
Are the prices live?
Yes. Prices follow the live gold rate in AED and may change until your payment is completed. Once paid, the order and the price paid are confirmed.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, cash with a 10% deposit, credit or debit card, or Tabby in 4 instalments. Bank transfer and cash carry our lowest prices.
How do I receive my order?
Delivery across the UAE is free, or you can collect from our shop in Ajman Gold Souk. Please bring the original Emirates ID or passport matching the order name.
Are your gold bars certified?
Yes. Each bar comes sealed in its assay packaging with a matching serial number and certificate, from refiners such as PAMP Suisse, Valcambi, Swiss Gold and BTC.
Do you repair and make jewellery?
Yes. We repair and resize jewellery, and make personalised gold name necklaces in English or Arabic, made in Ajman.
