These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Muna Jewellery website and orders placed or arranged through Muna Jewellery.
By using our website or proceeding with an order, you agree to these terms.
Live Bullion Pricing
Gold, silver and other investment precious-metal prices fluctuate continuously according to international markets and other pricing factors.
Prices displayed on our website are therefore subject to change.
A price displayed on the website does not by itself constitute a guaranteed or reserved price.
Submitting customer details, selecting a payment method, or starting a WhatsApp conversation also does not by itself reserve a bullion price.
The applicable price will be confirmed according to the payment/order arrangement communicated by Muna Jewellery.
Bank Transfer
Customers selecting bank transfer may be directed to Muna Jewellery's official WhatsApp channel.
Muna Jewellery will provide the applicable payment instructions and confirm the relevant bullion price and any applicable reservation conditions.
Customers should transfer funds only to bank details provided through Muna Jewellery's authorized channels.
Cash — Pickup or Delivery
Cash orders for pickup or delivery may require a 10% deposit.
Muna Jewellery may provide the customer with an online payment link for the required deposit through its official communication channel.
Receiving a payment link does not by itself guarantee a bullion price.
The applicable bullion price/order will be confirmed by Muna Jewellery in connection with receipt of the required deposit.
The remaining balance will be payable according to the pickup or delivery arrangement agreed with Muna Jewellery.
Credit/Debit Card
Customers wishing to pay by credit or debit card may be directed to Muna Jewellery's official WhatsApp channel to arrange payment.
Customers should never send complete card numbers, CVV/security codes or online-banking passwords through WhatsApp.
Tabby
Where Tabby is available for a particular transaction, the arrangement may be completed through Muna Jewellery's official communication channel and will also be subject to any applicable terms and approval requirements of the payment provider.
Bullion Sales Are Final
Due to fluctuations in precious-metal prices, confirmed sales of gold bars, silver bars and other investment bullion are final, non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Changes in the market price after a confirmed purchase do not provide a right to cancel or return bullion.
Any subsequent sale of bullion back to Muna Jewellery is a separate buyback transaction at the applicable buyback price and conditions at that time.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including brand, weight, purity, descriptions and images.
Product photographs may be illustrative. Packaging, certificates, serial numbers and minor presentation details may differ from the images displayed.
Availability
Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee physical availability.
Muna Jewellery may verify availability before confirming an order.
Order Verification
Muna Jewellery may verify customer information, product availability, payment and other transaction information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Where legally permitted, an order may be declined or cancelled because of an obvious pricing or technical error, unavailable stock, failed or unverified payment, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements or other legitimate circumstances.
Any funds already received will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and store pickup are subject to our separate Delivery & Pickup Policy.
Customers may be required to provide appropriate identification when collecting or receiving high-value orders.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Website Use
Customers must not attempt to manipulate website prices, interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit fraudulent information, or misuse Muna Jewellery's ordering systems.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations governing Muna Jewellery's operations in Ajman.
