Refund and Returns Policy
Refund Policy
– We do not offer refunds on precious metals  bar ( gold  & silver  ) other jewellery items can be returned  within  3 daysÂ
When customers return products, they will be charged 5% of the total cart amount. This means that 5% of the total value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be processed back to their accounts.
Exchange Policy
– Exchanges are available up to 3 days from the date the item is delivered.
– Please note, exchanges can only be processed at our physical stores.
Shipping and Packaging Assurance
1. Upon ordering, all customers must provide their full name, contact information, and a valid form of identification.
2. A photo of the customer’s ID must be taken and stored securely by Muna Jewellery LLC
3. The delivery person will open the package prior to delivery, allowing the customer to inspect the product.
4. If the customer is satisfied with the product and it matches the product  they ordered customer  must take that product , they must sign the delivery confirmation receipt.Â
5. Once the delivery person has received the signed confirmation, the product will be released to the customer.
6. Â Muna Jewellery LLC is not responsible for any issues with the product after delivery and verification by the customer.
Exclusions on Precious Metals
– Please note that there is a strict no-return or refund policy on gold bars.
